On 14 February 2024, Upper Arun Hydro Electric Limited (UAHEL) and JV of TRACTEBEL signed a Contract Agreement for the Consulting Services of the 1063MW Upper Arun Hydroelectric Project (UAHEP) in the presence of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Managing Director and World Bank representatives.
